This full-day event is designed to help eDiscovery professionals strengthen the soft skills that drive long-term career success including Leadership\, Collaboration\, Adaptability\, Ingenuity\, Emotional Intelligence\, and Communication. \n \nRegistration Note: Space is limited to 50 attendees. All registrations will initially be placed on a waitlist\, and tickets will be released individually on a rolling basis. \n \nLegal Power Skills encompasses the essential soft skills that enable professionals to thrive in their careers. Whether you’re a lawyer\, technologist\, in-house counsel\, or service provider\, these skills often play a pivotal role in either accelerating or hindering career growth. \n \nWhile subject matter expertise is important\, it’s not enough on its own. The ability to communicate effectively\, adapt to constant change\, and collaborate across disciplines is what truly sets professionals apart. Without these capabilities\, even the most knowledgeable experts can struggle to gain traction. \n \nThis workshop brings together seasoned professionals from across the legal community to share how they’ve cultivated and applied six critical soft skills throughout their career journeys. \n \nAttendees will leave with actionable insights and practical strategies to strengthen the skills that matter most for long-term success. \n \nGeneral Schedule of the Day and Format of Sessions: \nThe day will kick off with coffee\, breakfast (generously sponsored by Evidenceia)\, networking\, and a quiz! This short\, interactive quiz is designed to help attendees identify which Legal Power Skills they already excel in and which ones may benefit from further development. It’s a fun and insightful way to set the tone for a day of learning\, reflection\, and growth. \nThen we will have a keynote address from Rich Robinson\, Director Legal Operations and Litigation Support at Toyota North America\, the original creator of the Legal Power Skills workshop. Following the keynote\, we will explore six core Legal Power Skills through a series of alternating session formats: Individual Speakers (TED Talk-style) and Panel Sessions.
